This morning I bought 420 of Phylacterweave, the material for crafting t3 with my demon hunter character. And I realized that I could not craft with the demon hunter character. I tried to transfer the Phylacterweaves to my rogue character via mailbox, but I realized that there was no item account bound and all my gold was wasted. I was careless, but what you did is also wrong. Characters without a T3 set should not be able to buy Phylacterweave. FIX IT!!!

For what I’ve seen since I discovered the t3 lotery in this new naxx system, those currencies will be BoE, aka free to trade in the next patch. Expect them to be lower than 2k because they can trigger on every t3 try, but yea, you might be able to sell them for ~1.5k/u average, maybe less, in the near future.
Why can a character without a t3 set see this item there and buy it? Just like people without a t3 set can’t see the Recipes, people with a full set and achive can’t see it, I shouldn’t be able to see this item because I can’t use it with this charachter, are they stupid or why did they put this item here?
