Hey all!
Made my own mini-game to make picking a character a fun experience. This is is purely for entertainment and fun, and might be interesting for someone who wants to create a new character with some RNG elements.
“Pick Your Character” Rules of play:
What you need:
You need to find two random generators, one is for class/race combo and the other is for professions for that character. There are many generators to choose from, but the people from “stone grasps” have some pretty good ones.
Class/race generator:
The Class/race random generator should generate a race and class combo that is 100% random. The gender of the race is not counted in, and can be chosen by the rolling player at the end of the game.
Profession generator:
The profession generator should be a generator that takes synergy in account when rolling, otherwise it might be difficult to use this. Google and you can find one that produces a synergy professions roll, and a random one. Choose the synergy one.
Main phase:
It´s time to get rolling! In this part of the game you roll 10 random characters and note all 10 of them on a piece of paper or note-taking app on your phone/computer. You need to jot all of them down, even if there is one you really don´t like. (pro tip: You will get the option to manipulate the results in the later stages of the game!)
At the same time as you roll for a race/class combo, you also need to roll on the professions generator and also note side by side on your rolled character which professions they got.
post-main phase:
Now that you have finished rolling, you should see a list of 10 different class/race combos with 10 different profession combos tied to them. It´s time to manipulate the results and defy the laws of RNG!
In this step you can perform up to two of the following actions. (The same action can be performed twice!):

Remove 1 race from results, re-roll all those races. (keeping the class).

Remove 1 Class from results, re-roll those classes (keeping the race).

Re-roll professions once for up to three characters.

Remove 1 character from the pool. (leaving you 9 remaining).

Spend 1 action point to be able to perform a «No! God! No, God, Please, No!» at the end of the game to be able to re-roll one time.
End of game:
After tampering with the RNG and making the RNG gods mad, it’s time for the killing blow! Go to google and type in “random number between 1-10” to generate a random number based on those parameters. (Remember: If you spent an action point to remove a character, you need to alter the parameter to “1-9”)
Congratulations! you have defeated the RNG Gods and now you (hopefully) have a character you can enjoy

ADVANCED RULES (Extended play, Not recommended?):
These rules are for those that want to prolong the play, and even further bend the RNG rules! Playing with the advanced rules alter the play in a few ways:
1.After the END GAME step, you go through the process again for up to 10 times.
- Depending on how many times you repeated these steps, when you are finished do another roll on google to see which character you got.
FAQ
- What if I re-roll a class/race and get a Human Druid?!
Answer: If you get a class/race combo that doesn´t work in WoW, re-roll that class/race until you get a compatible combination.
