Picture of Stormwind Portal Room when using Portals as Horde

So, I’ve noticed that recently, when using the portals in Orgrimmar to go to different locations, it will flash this image of the Stormwind Portal Room… Anyone else noticed this, and know why it is?

I took the portal to Stormwind from the Caverns of Time earlier today on my main and randomly ended up in the middle of the ocean far to the east of the Eastern Kingdoms.

So I think something is bugged with portals in general.
