normal it was always at stormwind and Orgrimmar. but now its not at the same place anymore. also were Brewfest and Pilgrim’s Bounty (2 events) always at the same time?!
I had a quick look and Harvest Festival is outside Orgrimmar as per usual
From memory the IF tables are just outside the main entrance, right up the top of the slope.

yes that event with cooking. but now i was also in ironforge and i coulnt find the npc for the cooking quest and who sell the materials for coocking. i did this event last year and i can still remember where the npcs were.

i also checked are there news to this event at the wow launcher or a new guide on wowhead, but theres nothing.
and normal in stormwind at the auctionhouse there are 2 npcs, which lead you to new events. but they also dont have any quests for me. and under adventure book theres also no recommandation for this event.
