Title says it all. Checked every EU auction house. It’s supposed to have a ~16% droprate from a boss in LBRS. Fix pls.
It has a published droprate of 14%~ by WoWhead which is player reported. It could be immediately rolled for and/or sold during or instantly bought by AH campers and doesn’t necessarily mean that it doesn’t drop or is bugged.
Blizzard atleast doesn’t publish any statistics about this.
If you think it is bugged you will need to submit a bug report ingame.
