Everyone should play Evoker in Dragonflight.
Since they want to make it the “new mage”.
Play Evoker, so they can stop ruining every mage spec.
Mage right now is middlepack descent, which is fine by me.
But it keeps getting nerfed every patch for a simple reason…
They don’t want us to play Mage, they want us to play Evoker.
They even gave them a bloodlust, which makes absolute zero sense except replacing mages, pushing them back into the “grab one for INT buff” token class.
Since only a handfull off high end raiders like Evoker they have to find their players elsewhere, by ruining other classes for example…
That’s true.
But instead off making a descent class they just create this half dragon sloppy design and ruin the other classes.
“Look our new super good class is now super strong”.
Why can’t they just allow every class too function properly and create a descent unique class.
Why even give a dragon Bloodlust? Give them something new, like DH and Monk have.
The raid buff Evoker brings is an absolute april fools joke…
I’d love for something like old Blessing of Kings, that gives secondary statts but call it “Primal Instinct” or something…
We need more ppl to play Evoker.
So they think they did a great job and stop touching Mage.
Its not only Mages. A lot of classes shoudl be completly reworked so they are "cool to Play " like DH and now evokers. Truth be told evoker is a bit strange to Play but i can see how after you get used to playing them they can be really fun . You can also see how they are really build around m+ . So many do bursty aoe abilities … Its like THE m+ class.
