I’m a Retail player mostly but flick back to Classic from time to time, I have 2 characters in Cataclysm, I want to play my very poorly geared warrior in MOP, my current alt character.
But, as you can imagine I’m not the best player at it for obvious reasons, mainly because I don’t play it.
But, I’m gearing the character and dungeon running, but the players I team up with are not very forgiving.
Even when skipping bosses, using short cuts, DPS falls short or a mechanic failure can leave players being removed from the group.
Why! why is this dungeon deserter still in the game?
Why do players rush this content? these ain’t timed Mythic plus runs, I suggest these players go to Retail and really test themselves with real content instead ruining it for others.
Or is it just poor game design?

Blizzard hates casual players and mostly caters to sweats and streamers in their content creator discord now! And also raking in money from wow token that people use to buy gear in GDKP! I recommend you to find another game to play, I know I will
i think it’s turtle time soon
It’s both. Blizzard simply doesn’t care that players do that.
The main Classic audience are wannabe tryhards that can’t cope with Retail.

Community problem. If you want to have fun in WoW you have to play with a guild/friends.
This!
I cant stress it enough how horrible PUG’s usually are. Find a guild asap. The sooner you find someone who has the same mind-set like you, the better you will be. Hang in there, its worth it in the end.
To be fair that argument only really works if the guild is actually active, wants to run content that isn’t the raids (this get increasingly less likely as the game progresses) and you have actual ability to commit to guild’s schedule. And you play a spec that’s desirable.
I usually couldn’t meet the schedule due to my work meaning every other week I’m not able to play on evenings before 11pm.
