So a couple of times now, I have run into other players in WPvP, who once they reached 1hp, just WOULDN’T die?? 
This is both when fighting Warriors, Paladins, Warlocks… They all have some sort of effect on them, that makes them immortal for some seconds, when hitting 1hp…
Anyone know what they are using? 
A trinket? A world buff? A open world item?
I think there is a world item that saves you once every 30 min.
Any idea what it is?

Apparently cheat death is a 20 min CD perk of the general too from spider city.
I managed to find the same player again, and noticed the buff was called “Cracked Carapace”.
Azj-kahet’s General Pact has a passive buff that takes effect lasting 10 seconds from a lethal blow giving invulnerability for its duration.
Easily the best pact of the 3, the Heavy Ordnance ability is OP doing 40m damage to large targets. [No damage for PvP]
