Nope. No. Absolutely not. That’s the player’s who take advantage fault. Nobody forced them to break the TOS the signed when they bought the game.
This was not a loophole, it was a clearly unintentional bug. Abusing it has been every rightfully banned individuals choice.
Don’t tag this on Blizz when its the people who are being scumbags. They could have taken the high way and reported the bug and made sure it didn’t affect them. Instead they absued the bug.
They got what they deserved.
Disclaimer: This only applies to those individuals that have deliberately abused this bug, not those caught in the crossfire.

Is this actually allowed?
How about streamers who got Brann to 60… That excuse they got rep on alts is laughable lol…
I believe you can have 10 accounts linked to 1 battle.net, so ye.
Or stop doing what streamers do and you wont get banned? Sick of modern gaming with sheep following these ppl lol
You must be new as they banned world first LK kill due to them using an exploit…

I may be a little out of the loop here, but what exactly is the exploit? They got ahead on the renown track, does that provide a gameplay advantage? aren’t renown tracks mainly cosmetic?
Yes it includes a reset as far as I’m aware.
It gives a gearing advantage. One of the later renown rewards. It gave them a crest for upgrading heroic gear.

Streamers? I think I’m from a different generation. I play the game in my own way. As my wife just told me; Blizzard threw a large web into the sea to catch a few rotten fish but in fact they caught the whole pool…
Or plain simple; less AI analysis and more people to look after facts and not just raw data.

I tried to google this… You can share a game account with 1 minor that you are the guardian of. When it comes to a battle.net account with more then 1 game account it seems unclear… I’d like a clarification of this, does someone know for sure?
I’m pretty sure you get kicked out of the first if you try starting the bnet app on a second computer?
Should be permanent imo.
The game needs a REAL deterrent against using exploits.

You can open WoW with two accounts on the same PC, its how we used to enter raids when that was a thing needing to be in a raid. Also how you can invite alts into your own guild.
Just FYI for some time now, you’ve been able to apply to your own guild and accept on an alt now. Just list the guild in the guild finder.
Accounts sharing should only be a guardian and a minor.
- Subject to the laws of your country of residence, minors may utilize an Account established or play a Game installed by their parent or legal guardian upon the parent/guardian’s acceptance of this Agreement. In the event that you permit your minor child or legal ward (collectively, your “Child”) to use an Account or the Platform (including any Game), you hereby agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your Child, and you understand and agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Account or the Platform by your Child whether or not any particular use was authorized by you.
Why method?
like gingi i think exploited everything he could he is still out there
Its a real 2nd account tho lol Not the same name as my main, was used for RaF rocket
So I take it that this means that if you have 2 game accounts on the same battle.net account you are not allowed to share one of them with someone other than your child?
That is good news
i hope it stay that way cause he was annoying with it and he even was proud
The way the end user agreement reads it would seem to be one person per bnet.
But there is no way to separate accounts out any more
They also don’t remove accounts if you no longer want them. I’m stuck with an additional WoW account because I used it to to RAF myself. Had I known I’d be stuck with it I’d have set up a separate bnet.
You can no longer move characters between different Bnet accounts (only between wow accounts of the same Bnet accounts). I guess too many stuff are account wide nowadays.
