I abandoned the idea of gearing my ally Hunter as it would take me hundreds of hours to bring it at same level as this one.

Ilvl is the easiest part. Getting all essences, bis azerites and proper corruptions is the hard part.

Just dropped to give an update.

I usually always spec my two hunters for BM when getting my TW chest.
Problem was: excluding Azerite rewards I was usually getting versatility and mastery (MM) or Versatility + Haste (SV) like this item I got on my both hunters:

Talons of Grim Revelation.
Ilv 445
431 Agility
789 Stamina
69 versatility
160 Mastery

Or this one:
Insidious Writhing Longbow
Ilv 445
423.3 DPS
575 Agility
1053 Stamina
191 Haste
114 Versatility
(Awesome stats if this was a SV polearm) :unamused:

The only BM item ai got was this ring on my BE Hunter:

So this time I decided to spec MM since my BE MM items were actually better.

Got this after 5 TW runs, with MM loot spec:

Whispering Eldtritch Bow
432.3 DPS
575 Agility
1053 Stamina
128 Haste
177 Mastery
25 Corruption

Equip: Your auto-shots reduce the remaining cooldowns of a random Hunter ability by 2.0 secs.

A good item for a slot I already had a 445 item :weary:.

Meanwhile Iā€™ve decided to spec SV on this Hunter thinking:
ā€œIf I am getting a weapon might as well be a polearm, since I donā€™t want another bow.ā€

Got a 455 Azerite chest reward :dizzy_face:.

My BE Hunter is crying right now :sob:

Lesson learned: the first to go in, gets roasted first. :laughing:
