As a Guild Master I am having big difficulty right now to find sensible people and/or people at all. And you know when you are raiding 2 days you always have to deal with people’s absences. ICC cannot be cleared in 1 day if you want to progress or atleast try many Heroics. The older tool gave you the option to atleast check people out in a list and maybe speak to them and check their logs and stuff. Please Blizzard I don’t know your agenda behind adding something that works worse, maybe to stop all the boosters and stuff like that , but … honestly it’s a nightmare. Any raid leaders/guild masters sharing my troubles?!

No, RDF is terrible. ICC can be cleared on normal difficulty in one day pretty easily, may need a second day if you want to try HC.
Raid Finder should be in Cata, at least. Part of the game whether people like it or not. 
You worded the title and post poorly, people won’t read it and think you’re talking about Cataclysm LFR system, it’s already happened.

Well, I guess our guild have the same problem.
Small social guild, with even smaller raiding core.
Sometimes we can’t even run 10m without pug.
But I don’t think that old Group Finder with raid tab can solve anything, since you were not able to queue for raids and dungeons simultaneously.
And to be honest, never seen too many ppl using it, but it can be just small realm issue.
Lol OP is talking to LFG tool we were having in Wrath before phase 4. It allowed people to list themselves to be seen by everyone that allowed raid leader faster search for replacements for missing roles in the raid.
“New” premade group tool is horrible relic of the past and the only thing it does is allowing setting min ilvl requirements. When you edit raid description, like required classes to VoA 15 spec run (because people apparently can’t see what is your group composition at least in number of tanks, dps, healers and general classes available) the editing cursor can’t be mouse pointed or it hits not the place you clecked it and then you are forced to move it with arrow keys on keyboard, resulting in very slow message updates from RL and slower group gathering.
