Can mercenary mode simply be added regardless of shortages?

Actually depressing to see coordinated, people with braincells play whilst our teams just do 0 every single match.

What??? I haven’t been in a single Battleground win in all of TWW so far. And this extends to beyond Battleground: I haven’t seen a single Warmode Cache won by the Alliance.
