it’s really really weak and is a massive downgrade to the current tier set let’s compare current 2 set 15 percent arcane shot damage and multi-shot damage now lets look at the season 2 set your attacks have chance to activate a lucky streak and increase your auto attack damage by 600% and reduce the time between auto attacks by 2 sec for 10 secs so basically where giving
up constant tho put for random procs that have 0 effect on aoe now lets look at the 4 set current set: consuming a precise shot charge increases your next aim shot by 20 percent now for the season 2 4 set your lock and load procs now fire off a explosive shot at 200 percent effectiveness so this time it’s even worst 20 percent damage on all my aims shot’s outside of volleys is huge now if you compare to the season 2 4 set with is once again totaly rng based overall this is bad tier set change the season 2 4 set is really weak mm is not a spec that favors haste so are auto attacks come slowly i can normally count the amount of lock and load proc i get across a M+ key on 1 hand if this go’s live mm will be in the toilet to even make this competive with the season 1 set you would need to buff the proc chance of lock and load by at least 10-15%.

2sec less time between auto shots → many more lock and load / black arrow procs → much more AOE. Remember, lock and load aimed shots do 15% more dmg in 11.1
Also, the explosive shots will have synergy with some other talents and will benefit even more.
You should view the 2-set in the context of the 11.1 talent tree, not in isolation compared to live
sorry bro wrong there is nothing in the talent rework that would help this tier set nothing infact the steady focus talent that give a 8 percent haste after casting steady shot is being removed so it’s even worst for fishing lock and load procs and nothing is being added in the talent thats give haste or increases attack speed so where did you get ow the talent re-work will save this tier set from ?
