So i done the quest for crucible of flame and i have it at rank 2, the blue one, and i read on the rank 2 that to do rank 3 it says to speak to kalecgos in chamber of hearts, he’s not here so i made a ticket and the response was

You haven’t yet completed/finished rank 2. You still need to do the quest ‘The Long Awake’, which then leads to rank 3.

You didn’t post on the relevant character, so we can’t check out your neck and your quest history, so I am limited in guessing what your next step is.

Indeed you need to talk to Kalecgos, but you need neck level 60 or 65 for quest to be available.
