Please consider removing or changing key depletion for M+ for The War Within

There are many reasons for why a key can be depleted, a lot of them outside of your control. It feels frustrating to be punished for something you don’t control.

If a key is unfinishable(someone left, can’t kill a boss etc) - you already get punished for the time wasted, no need for the additional penalty.

There’s no ‘balance’ or game feature maintained by key depletion. It doesn’t add anything to the game.

Please consider removing M+ key depletion OR
When we complete a key in a party let us +1 our key up to the level of the timed key.

And then you get people restarting the keys over and over. No thanks.

Can’t wait for all the complaints, I was kicked from M+ by leader, they just restarted without me.

The penalty is the key depleting, without it there is no “waste of time”. You put the cart before the horse in this problem.

So,
Time wasted - you start a key, spend some time doing it - then you restart it, that’s time wasted.
What is abusable? You kick people, you get no loot. It’s exactly the same mechanism as leaving someone’s key.
Imo, depletion only promotes joining keys rather than doing your own.
Thirdly, we’ve had the current system since legion? That’s 10+ seasons. What’s wrong with trying something different?

The issue is only the lead is punished or the key holder

Not sure what to do about key depletion, feel like that would get abused and/or people just leaving too quickly when something unexpected happens.

Would like the key font to offer me a drop down window when you put the key in to select at what level to run the key. So even if my key is a 10 - I could do it on an 8 or so.

Maybe do it like torghast but you get a key for a specific dungeon. You just choose the level up to one above you highest or based on score
