If you’re serious your best bet is probably web development, since it is quite easy to get to a level where you can realize projects for smaller businesses (e.g. local restaurants, small merchants etc.) as freelancer.
Udemy has a ton of courses for all kinds of programming and iirc they also offer courses with an actual certificate at the end.

The platform I used to learn Angular was Udacity, with official courses from Google, so you might want to try that as well.

Edit: after browsing udemy again, an AWS certification for something like architect / developer might also be a good chance if you want to apply to existing software companies, since a lot of companies are moving or did recently move their infrastructure to cloud solutions… or developing products for the cloud.
