kill It With Fire is a 2 day HC raiding guild with weekly M+ runs. I’ll try and keep this post short(ish) and be completely honest about our guild 
We raid Thursday and Sunday 8-11pm server time and currently sit at 7/11 HC in Nya’Lotha.
We are a small guild comprised of friendly and (mostly) mature players who enjoy raiding in a relaxed and drama free setting. Outside of raiding we do weekly M+ runs to get the weekly cache. Although we do have a couple of ‘pushers’ in the guild, most of us just look to do 1-2 good runs per week to get a hopefully useful item on the Wednesday
Our players all have regular commitments in real life. We have jobs, families, college etc. We just like to have somewhere where we can get some raiding and M+ done to a decent standard. If you’re looking for somewhere with constant guild and Discord chat then we are not for you I’m afraid. Having said that we are open and friendly when we’re about. We do get on and do our dailies, visions and whatnot.
From our point of view we are recruiting all classes for dps roles and possibly a 3rd healer. You should be prepared for boss fights and be generally reliable in terms of attendance and punctuality. We expect you to be competent at playing your class and come to the raid with consumables necessary for the fight. Stuff like pots/flasks and enchants can often be made by some of the guildies.
