Waited 10 minutes in a queue for a satchel reward only to have Bli££ard take it and try to con me into completing a crappy HC dungeon for no reason whatsoever.
Apparently this isn’t supposed to happen. Anyone who says it does is either deluded or lying.
EDIT: it looks like this issue is fixed at long last. Having tried again last night, you most certainly do get a reward even when the satchel has a blank window in it. I sincerely hope this is the end of this issue, which went on for many years.
I’m not sure what I’m meant to be seeing? You signed up for the satchel and recorded it for nearly 2mins?
He complains it is “theft” when the CTA bag disappears during the queue, which I think is a bug that re-occurs sometimes.
My own theory is that the role has been filled and the extra bag is removed as result of no shortages anymore but I’m not entirely sure about it.
Is it a visual bug or you complete the dungeon and get nothing?

If he stays in queue and completes dungeon he still gets it.
That’s how it works for me anyway 
If you enter a dungeon after the satchel has been removed, you get the reward it shows. which is a paltry amount of gold. The kicker is that there is no warning they have changed the reward. It is literally a con by getting you to join a dungeon on the cheap.
Having seen this many times now and having also been caught out, I always check before entering a satchel run.

Worth submitting a bug report for it but I appreciate you may have done this in the past.
It gives the reward what was stated a the time of joining.
I know, because I have joined LFR CTA and RDF CTA multiple times and often by the time I finish with one of them, the other is no longer CTA, yet I’ll still get what I signed up for.
It ofc works backwards as well: if you join without CTA, but it becomes CTA in meantime, you still dont get CTA rewards, unless you requeue during CTA.
(when you join an LFR and an RDF as well and you get in one of them, the other gets paused until you finish the run)
If you play healer or tank you are not being conned. This happens when there are not enough queuing so its an incentive. I have made plenty gold with those at the start of most expansions. They drop about 1k gold and some runes that sell for a fortune on AH.
If you queue for the bag and it disapears while in queue ignore it, when you complete you still get the back but you likely have to wait 10 20 minutes for the queue to pop, and 900g is hardly worth it when repairs are about 1k gold
The runes you get make up for it.
A fair few times. Including recording the whole dungeon in the past and posted the link to the tech support. Reporting yet another bug will be about as fruitful as completing the said dungeon in the queue.
The only reason I made this one is because experience has shown me that the satchel was about to get removed due to the time I was in the queue. And since some of the fanboys here jumped on a bandwagon to say I was deluded yesterday, I thought it fitting.
so your complaint is that you got the reward but it was just some gold and no gear or such thing ?
No my complaint is that the reward is removed. It does this without informing the player. Therefore, if you do not check the reward is still there, then you get 84g and nothing more.
This “bug” is a thing since Legion.

None of what you are claiming is true and you are trying to con us with a video that proves absolutely nothing? Shame on you.
The only thing Blizz is guilty of, is that sometimes (particularly, when there are Call to Arms rewards) the LFG tool breaks and you get stuck in queue forever.
The fact that re-queuing after LFG comes back, no longer gives the extra award, is not conning anyone.
