Dont you think that feral druids are broken?
Let me explain:
Feral cats dealth much less damage than any other DPS even if you powershifting.
You can not use War stomp, Barskin and potions in bear or cat form. Also Moonkin form working well with this spells and items. I think its a bug relatively to ferals.
There are almost 0 changes in talent tree compared to the Classic. In this time Moonkins got huge emprovement with mana regen and dps and Restors got Tree form and possibility to HoT well but not ferals. Only Mangle which are useless cuz cats dealth 0 damage from bleeding and bearâs bleeding useless for multy-targets.
There are no dungeon gear for ferals. Only awefull gear for Restor dru.
You can not conveniently gear pre-raid bear. For example - bis pre-raid belt is GREEN BOE from world drop. At this time warriors and paladins can gear very well.
You have only 3.5 DPS spells in tank form and only 1 of them deal AOE damage which are so small compare to the paladins and warriors. Also 10 mins CD for mass-taunt. Rly?
You have no choise for main weapon for feral tank. Only 2H Mace from Cenarions reputation for whole TBC.
Trinkets that give you on-click armor doesnât improve with bear form armor bonus.
You can not keep more than 3 targets on you in bear form. And this is in the era where all party are spell- or milli-cleave. When paladains need only press 1 button and warriors need to press 2 buttons it will be not enough to use your 4 buttons with taunt on CD.
Havenât sold a boost in like 3 years my dude, and even if I had, Iâm not sure how that would be relevant
You do understand that classic and TBC classic are trying to recreate the game as it was back then? Changing a class suddenly means itâs no longer a recreation.
I am not asking fore changes gust small improvemetn like giving possibility to use barskin and potions without canseling bear/cat form.
Or just making swipe and demo-roar causing more threat than now.
Feral is in a pretty bad spot. Allowing them to use potions, racials and all that funk in all forms would make it a bit more bearable. The no changes thing already went out the window the moment they gave paladins the option to use the alliance or horde seal counterpart.
feral is fine tbh, having a blast as a bear/cat in my guild. The talent changes are massive from classic because a)mangle, b)feral + resto = love
Ferals do not need any change tbh, there is a LOT more ferals do than raw dps, like healing, cr, innervating healers, tanking in the âoh crapâ situations and so on. If you only care about one role, you probably wanna play that one role alone (rogue, warr, priest, mage). So for me, it is perfect the way it is, a swiss army knife that does not really need to be anywhere close to the top meters.
It is actually a perfect answer because this is what you get in Classic and TBC.
The famous fight for âpots and procsâ was in original days of Vanilla and TBC and so it was finally given to ferals in WoTLK so until then itâs fine.
Its not a binary thing. Since the Paladin can only use one seal at the time, Paladins today are as good or bad as they were 2007 - difference is its on both sides.
Not like NEs Ferals have a thing that makes them more/less viable, but Tauren Ferals dont.
