I think I am not alone with my consfusion and frustration to see that many of the completed quest rewards still not appearing in the wardrobe. And not just removed vanilla quest, but rewards from completed WotLK quests too.
I know the game breaking bugs need to be fuxed first, but also don’t forget about this.
Speaking of transmog. Hunters can’t transmog armor before level 40, since they wear leather, and the only armor type that hunters can transmog is mail. Assuming it’s the same for shamans aswell.
Not the biggest problem this game suffers from, but definitely feels like an oversight.
The reason it’s overlooked, I think, because when wardrobe was originally introduced in Legion, in that expac they removed the vanilla in between 1-40 armor, to the main type the concerned classes wear, so every mail armour betweeen 1-40 was transformed to plate, and mail was added for hunters and shamans. Seeing that how broken the transmog is in Classic Cata, I don’t think they thought of allowing to learn mail and leather items between level 1 and 40 with plate and mail classes.
I’m not very hopeful they will fix this any time soon but never know.

I seem to be missing a lot of items though, my hunter has like two option for some parts, I must have worn the same helm for about 60 levels
