The mythic version probably has more mechanics so the bosses aren’t just training dummies. Other than that there’s nothing wrong with it. the 2 minute candle car thing isn’t that hard once people practice it a bit.

I really believe and hope they will remake or completely remove the cart follow mechanic when it is m+ time.

i rather think the last boss is terrible.
The cart isn’t all that bad

Gotta love the melee players always coming in to say it’s not that bad. Try playing a caster with all that candle light crap and come back to tell us the story of how much you enjoyed having to constantly follow some stupid light with barely getting any casts of for half the dungeon.

I’ve played guardian, feral & balance in that dungeon.

I’ve played blood DK in that dungeon.

I’ve played retri & prot paladin in that dungeon.

I’ve played spriest & holy priest in that dungeon.

No matter which spec I’m on, I hate that part of the dungeon, lol.

I hope they dont. Its a neat mechanic.

Also there is a bunch of tech there to be discovered. Like picking up the candles and istead of running streight for the cart, actually doing something while you have a light arround you.

It allows you to move away from the cart and do things like pulling multiple packs and killing them in a corner or something.

For me personaly its not hard, its just realy annoying , the light it provides has realy low range, a lot of times i have to stand directly on the cart to be able to do anything , meanwhile the cart is moving faster than me xd. Its just pain in the a…

Also the very first packs, how those mobs knock you and everything else out, with tons of casters around, makes grouping pointles…
But this will get bette r in higher m+ where people wont pull whole coridor, most likely

I think the dungeon actually have some interesting mechanics, but they need to fix them up a bit. Maybe candle duration buff, cart speed, candle range, darkness debuff nerf and such

Weird to complain about this when we have city of threads in s1, the spy part is just horrible

Considering it can be exclusively done by a healer, it’s not an issue.

It’s the easiest dungeon in the roster as a healer imo. You just run back and forth to the candle on the last boss. No one should be taking any damage. If the healer knows how it works, it’s a breeze, and the most fun dungeon.

You shouldn’t be taking ANY damage. Literally not a stitch of damage. Also when you hold the candle you can heal everyone no matter where you are.

If you’re not able to avoid the huge beams then you’re just bad. I’ve had 0 issues in that dungeon pugging. Just a l2p issue I guess.

Cart escort part of the dungeon can be done by just the healer. Last boss also can be done by the healer.

There is no damage for the healer to really heal outside of the DPS standing in dumb stuff, which isn’t really an issue in that regard either because healers when holding the candles can heal anyone.

Maybe you’re just getting clueless healers. The cart should be lit and moving 100% of the time, and the end boss candle shouldn’t really drop below 50% if you’re running back and forth to do it. Which again, is a healers job from what I understand.

Why are you running around anywhere? It’s not necessary. Or am I missing something huge?
