If you read it in context with what i wrote before you’ll see i’m talking about the general min-max playerbase. I believe they are off PvP-ing, not doing dungeons, which lead to less people forming groups.

The context was in response to someone saying “what if there were more players due to RDF”, aka, dungeons were being done. Then you suggest they go to battlegrounds anyway. Cause it’s the path of least resistance. Apparently.

S4 gear blows heroic gear out of the water, and it’s available to buy with honor. Maybe not now, but come pre-patch. It’s the path of least resistance to the best gear without the need for raiding.

I said i see alot of dishonest feedback given on the situation rather then measurable feedback to gather knwowledge on the quantity of players for and against the situation.

I was discussing the point with you not arguing against you i dont see the point of arguing against players on terms with this we both feel differently on the situation and we arent going to magically make one jump to their point of view.

As ive said, for no RDF to work theres several other changes that need to take place and without those changes its very easy to see why RDF would become a demand despite the damage it does to certain areas of the socialness of the game.

Every expansion beyond wotlk and including introduced a system that split the playerbase on.

Even if that somehow would be relevant. Wouldn’t logic then dictate that we get the most popular expansion of all times unchanged as much as possible, and then, after that wow peak, maybe start to talk about major changes like that?

RDF didnt come in until ICC what ur asking for right now would be making wrath not wrath.

Yes it came along side ICC. Timewise that would mean that we’d get it with phase 3. Although I’d argue that it would be better for the game to get it with phase 2 (only a couple of months before when you argue it should be in).
I, and most of us that want RDF, does not want it from launch. We simply want it to be in the game at one point, rather then never like it is now.

We are talking a 2 year expansion life cycle.

That’s retail expansions lifetimes yea. Classics lifespans have been more like 1 year.

Again, blizzard will change direction if no RDF proves to be low popularity. So if you truely beleive the vast majority want the system, then you have nothing to worry about.

I’m not worried. I wont be here at launch, unless Blizzard before that comes out and make it official that they changed their mind.
After launch it’s just to late. I wont be back after half a year to play through all that I have missed by then.

Question is, is it to late for classic by then? Will they have lost to many players already, by then?
I think so, but only time will tell.

The dev team for classic isn’t big enough to make on the fly changes like that though.

The devs aren’t in charge. I don’t think they’ll be allowed to put it in, unless they start loosing a lot of players.
