I never saw in my entire life ,fury to perform so bad in m+ .Blizzard you exist , because we are paying to for this game.I don’t want to reroll to another class ,just do your job and fire this class leader Warrior or Developer ,and fix this class .

Balance aside this season for Fury, TWW warrior is starting to look good and take form. Core problems and concerns are being addressed, so there is clearly a will to improve things for warrior there. Slowly the janks and problems of both Arms and Fury is being solved, protection is still under works - we will see what happens there. Overall it is looking to be moving in a good direction.
My point is, the ones who are looking into warrior at the moment is clearly putting in effort to both please the extremely diverse pool of players that is warrior, and keep it a balanced’n fun experience.
Before you start dooming, take a look at what is happening on the Alpha, that is where the devs are. They are doing good work.
Now - that all said, yes, Fury needs some tuning of their tierset on live and fast - but the balance team and dev team are likely not the same crew. Not to mention, this is a very simple screw to tighten. Aura buff or tierset % dam modifers increased, and done.
Frustrating that it wasn’t already done? For sure. Yet, let us not attack the devs who are not at fault at this oversight. For sure not to this extreme degree.
Fix the spec on live? Yes, do that. Keep the devs around to continue working on finetuning and evolving warrior for TWW? Yes, please. As I love what I am seeing 
(my only gripe is how Odyn’s Fury is being treated)
