I can’t accept ‘call to arms’ since 3 days. Saw that other players have the issue aswell. It’s sad, that the pre tbc honor grind is getting more frustrating for some of us. (I actually don’t know how to create a ticket for that since the pre-patch. The step-by-step points don’t work anymore. I get only faq’s of retail issues, when i start the support from my classic client. Please make me feel that you somehow care for classic players.)
Same here. No Quest available after completing “Call to Arms: Arathi Basin” the 1st day of prepatch. Checked it everyday since 1st day in Stormwind and IF and there is no Quest available to pick up.
I’ve open a support ticket for this issue and i only got automatic replies leading me wowhead or icy-veins… 
Same here. Already lost some honor for a few days because of this…
