Please Fix Fire mage

There are many deep issues with Fire atm. Its a mix of gambling lottery , obnoxious choices and overall a damage profile very different from what thematically Fire should be

Its damage profile is entirely based on uptime of combust, its main damage comes from a dot( ignite) and overall is severely punished having downtime . Basically we went from a burst profile into a sustain/uptime profile. Our myriad spellcasts dont actually do much damage but rather only are there to increase the potency of our dot. We are affliction warlocks cosplaying as fire mages.

Personally i want any form of cdr removed. Set combustion to 1:30 and have meteor on 45 seconds flat. No CDR no uptime no weird stuff no nothing. Bring back the burst to what was considered THE burst spec.

Also its very nerv wrecking to see how much meteor desyncs if you play Frostfire. There is no way to have it actually line up properly with the myriad ways that combust gets cdred by. Even the most skilled have either to hold, or press mid combust or even worse, press inside combust while having the actual meteor land outside of combust. Meteor damage is also extremely poor, lower than IB in the overalls. Its being carried by the hero tree, when it should have been vice versa.

Moreover, instead of having power into uptime, recalibrate power into the actual spells please. We need bigger and louder combusts not more frequent combusts. Each spell does practically nothing in and out of combust.

Rework UI and SKB asap, remove TA and tune accordingly. UI is a big problem ,l. So much combust power and CDR is baked into that. Remove it all together and have the damage components be in the actual combust.

Skb should imo be reworked into something like the following: when you cast meteor you gain 6 seconds of combust. That is a very decent way to have a good downtime, not desync anything, take away unnecessary complexity from obnoxious skb , and move fire to what its supposed to be. A burst spec that its sole purpose is to burn down the world
