Please fix riptide

To my fellow rshamans,

has anyone else realized riptide doesent heal anything since last id reset? When riptide is getting outhealed singeltarget by earthern wall totem something has to be pretty wrong. I also tested it in duells, and it doesent matter if i heal myself on 10% or 50%, riptide still sits below 1 million, it even seems like that it might be capped and doesent scale the right way with mastery anymore.

All u can say out of the perspectiv of mw,holypriest,rdruid and rsham is: thanks for nothing to the npc blizzard pvp devs who are the biggest hoax besides solocontent saved pvp kekw
