Please fix the demonology imps pulling when using the gate, they often go through another path instead of just using the gate (HoA for example) … makes some dungeons a nightmare if you are playing Demonology.
This bug has been around forever and should be a really easy fix… don’t really understand why the imps and all pets are not always forced to use the gate… or just dismiss them entirely… since march 2022 at least…
Remove the overflow of pets from demonology, and give us metamorphosis back?
If not that make it so imps are tethered to the player and no matter what will move with them.
This would also fix the problem with having to wait for the imps in the last pack to catch up so you can implode them. (for some reason they need to be 40 yards of the target also)
You say its a skill issue when the top tier chain pull every pack.
When you do that plus the fact pets can hold you in combat for over 5 seconds (for some dumbass reason) you cant exackly use the mount to fix this type of issue.
Its a rather simple problem that requires 20 brains cells from any dev to fix.
Some example of how to fix it
Make pets always be tethered to the player
Make pets go into a phase where they literally are coded to not be able to pull anything with a simple spell.
Change out imps for Inquisitor Eye’s, they will be tethered and simply not be able to pull mobs. (yes i know 2set diablist is currently those)
There are prob 20 thing you can do to fix this but blizzard are the ones refusing to fix issues that have been in the game for over half a decade!
Add a simple ability that you can turn on and off that applies an aura to every single warlock pet that can exist.
The aura simply make them go into stealth and interrupt any and all cast.
I can not see how it could take up (making up bullcrap number) 200 lines of code because it would not be a complex spell.
Just because something is old doesnt mean it will take a genius to make a new thing. Its rather simple, blizzard does not care for the playerbase quality of life while playing classes. They only care about the overpoweredness one class has.
