The patch notes said it was fixed, but it never was. Seems like it was just forgotten about.
This still has a large impact to some interactions for example the earth mote buff for totemic which buffs Voltaic blaze even further, so it’s actually quite a lot of damage lost.
Please fix, and don’t just say you do.
