Your Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst, and Shield Slam deal 50% more damage.
6 Piece : [S03 - Item - Scarlet Enclave - Warrior - Damage 6P Bonus]
Each time Deep Wounds deals damage, it reduces the remaining cooldown on your Whirlwind by 3 sec. Whirlwind deals 50% increased damage to targets afflicted with your Deep Wounds.
WTF is this?.. Warriors are already in the middle lower part on the dps meeters, you can’t let us continue to be down there, we are a pure dps class we belong at the top…
6 set i decent, maybe leave that but maybe use % scale instead and balance that.
please do something else with the 2 and 4 set or its gonna be GG

The main problem with the set bonuses is that the 6 set bonus is good for DW and garbage for 2h. Having to use worldwind often means dumping all of our rage every 6 seconds because of overpower.

I mean, look at Ret Paladins set bonus.
Huge Damages Buffs, reopens the ability to play Shockadin builds while still being good for pretty much any Paladin build (of course metas will exist, but still).
Just compare the 2 Sets:
Warrior: 1 Extra cleave Target
Paladin: 60% more Holy Damage
I have no faith they will fix this, the guy designing the set bonuses is apparently a old Vanilla Dev who was always upset about Paladins being bad I 2004 and is now on a vendetta against Warriors.
SoD is my first time playing warrior and I started playing in original TBC and played Classic, I kept getting told we would scale and we never did. I guess I need to be punished for what some devs did 21 year ago 
Also these set bonuses are not even that good for Duel Wield, but they are truly garbage for 2H. But they screwed 2H over in this phase anyway just through terrible itemisation.
But doesn’t matter what you play, if these stay as they are warrior will be terrible next phase and even if they tweak the numbers to make us at least balanced, our entire rotation will be spamming Cleave → Whirlwind spam because we need some dumb dagger set bonus to make the extra cleave target mean anything and they have too low base damage to make Slam worth using.

PvP will also be an absolute mess. Too many gimmicky items, hunters hitting on the move and getting a disengage via engineering. Not to mention paladins getting obscene damage set bonuses. Rogues also get a 50% dmg boost to ambush and evis…lol. There is absolutely not a chance they can balance this as they are just compounding the problems. Apparently a new bg great but all that will equate to is getting 1 shot in new surroundings.
I’m afraid to say that this last patch will be the final nail in the copium coffin for SOD.
