Please Give Outlaw the Acrobatic Strikes Range Back!

For Outlaw Rogue:

Please bring back Acrobatic Strikes with its attack range bonus. Outlaw has 0 dps and loses everything including cooldown reduction if we cannot keep our uptime on our targets. That’s why Oulaw rogue was the original spec who got the Acrobatic Strikes in the first place in the past. It really feels bad to be almost inside the enemy mesh to be able to hit it with so many abilities going off around.

Remove the hard target cap of Blade Flurry and turn it into a soft cap with reduced damage below 8 targets. There are videos on Ravenholdt rogue discord, in TWW, showing rogues doing 1.4M dps on a big pull, whereas in the same pull a retri paladin can do almost 8M dps. This is both due to our reduced range and AoE hard cap. Why are Outlaw rogues - the de facto M+ spec of rogue class - punsihed with a hard target cap when the other classes/specs aren’t?

Get rid of the camera bamboozle and loss of control element of Killing Spree or make the animation even shorter with a big damage reduction if you want people to actually use it in M+ in TWW dungeons.

When the flow and uptime issues are truly solved, then the numbers can be adjusted. Don’t take the fun out of our class/spec just for the sake of numbers.

What Devs dont realise is that Acrobatic Strikes was really important for our AoE, cause it also raised the range for our Blade Dance enhanced attacks to spread to other targets.

They should put in Death from Above instead of Killing Spree in my opinion. It would fill the same niche and give us some range. I miss the skill…

Totally agree, they should rather have given all melee a slight extended range instead of cancelling it for every class :frowning: it’s a real shame and makes our blade flurry totally crap now

Well, now only Retri Paladins get ranged melee attacks. :upside_down_face:

Absolutely agreed, this was an essential talent for Outlaw Rogues.
