Please help - Huge latency issues since TWW Alpha release (16/04/24)

Hello everyone,

Posting here as a bit of a distress call. I am playing on EU servers from Singapore. It has always been working reasonably well, with a latency around 150-200ms max, which is definitely playable.

However, since TWW alpha release precisely, i.e. April 16th 2024, my latency (only on WoW) has shot up and is now in the 500-2000ms, every hour of every day. This is definitely unplayable.

I am wondering 1/ whether this is solvable and 2/ if it is not, whether this is the new normal and is going to stay that way, or whether it is only temporary. If it is not solvable and not temporary, I might have to start over again in another region :confused:

Many people affected. Blizzard seems to not take it seriously and will tell you it is related to your ISP or cables cut. Same answers in other posts in the past. Hope that it will solve itself eventually. Some people have success using a VPN.
