I have been looking online for an in depth (yet straight to the point) tutorial on how to get HighMountain Tauren, yet my tiny brain couldn’t comprehend what they were even on about. If there is anyone that could explain how to start the quest that would be great! I believe I’m meant to get my Warrior class hall first, but I don’t know how to start the " In the blink of an eye" quest
You simply complete all the quests in Highmountain, then do World Quests in the zone or grind out Neltharion’s Lair to get to exalted.
Yeh but dont I have to get the Warrior class hall to get there?
Once you are in Dalaran you just have to wait a little bit for an NPC to show up to choose your artifact weapon. From there you’ll get to your class hall and you can choose a zone.
I have been there for 2 hours
In New (broken isles) dalaran is there an npc with a yellow quest marker following you around?
Have you already spoken to him? Picked up any random quests in dalaran?
Check your quest log for anything relating to artifact or class hall just in case you picked it up without realising.
If nothing is there have a quick run around dalaran and see if he pops up behind you (following you) and if he doesn’t I’d would open a ticket just Incas some phasing issue is bugging out.
Well I just recently switched my character from Alliance to Horde (to get the Horde allied races) I might have got the quest on my gnome (before the switch) However I havent done it and It isnt on my questline bar
If this is your first character getting to Legion you might have to do the pre quests in the chain that lead to the teleportation of Dalaran to the broken isles.
Check for Holgar Stormaxe just outside the gates of Orgrimmar
I looked up In the Blink of an Eye and it’s the quest moving Dalaran to it’s new location on the Broken Shore. Have you moved Dalaran from above Kara to the Broken Shore/Isles.
Once Dalaran is in it’s new location you should be able to get the quests for the order hall. You are 114 tho so have you not done any of this before?
Thats the thing, I switched from Alliance to Horde, and Im pretty sure I started the quest and didnt finish
Do you have any progress on the highmountain rep on your rep tab?
Also when did you faction change? If it was within the last 72 hrs that could be causing an issue.
You must have done some legion content to be 114 and you can do all the rep requirements and the achievements for legion based allied races on either faction it’s just the actual unlock quest line (that you pick up from the embassy in orgrimmar or stormwind) that you need a 110 character on the relevant faction so for highmountain you would need exalted highmountain rep and the achievements gained on any character then a 110 horde character for the unlock scenario.
I switched factions in the last 72 hours
What happens if you use the portal in the portal room to Aszuna, can you just go to new Dalaran?
It could be that. Only advice I can offer is to wait it out and see or open a ticket and they may be able to tell you if you started the quest or not and if it’s the faction change causing an issue.
Sorry I can’t be more helpful
Changing faction tends to clear your quest log.
Go back to your class hall to see if there is something available there, and also start highmountain.
To unlock highmountain taurens you need to finish the highmountain storyline, get exalted (world quests and stuff) and then do a special quest that u get from Sylvanas on Orgrimmar.
I remember faction changing , and i think i had just to retake some quests from class halls! Just look for them around there, and start the Highmountain storyline!
I can even help u in game if you want, gimme ur btag if you wish.
Its okay, I found out what the issue was and sorted it, I have finished the story line for HighMountain, and am Honored.
Is there a fast way to get exalted?
do WQ’s and emmisaries.
Nelth’s lair also gives about 500ish i think
Excellent! Mission table rep quests, Highmountain and Kirin Tor daily emissary quests (you get to pick a rep token) and spamming Neltharions lair. I think that’s about it for rep grinding them. Do look out for Legion invasions in Highmountain as you’ll get rep for there too.
Every time I try that Dungeon I normally get killed. Should I be doing it on my own?
