Please help me with firewall blocking WowVoiceProxy.exe

I found this on the forums and apparently this works and disables that blasted voice chat service completely.
I “diminished” problem by disabling voice chat by following steps provided by GM
Navigate to Control Panel, System and Security, Windows Firewall and Advanced Settings.
Highlight Outbound Rules in the left pane.
Select New Rule in the right pane and select Program from the next box.
Select ‘This program path:’ and select the program you want to block. (World of Warcraft_retail_\Utils\WowVoiceProxy.exe). Then click Next.
Select ‘Block the connection’ and then click Next.
Select all network types in the next window and click Next.
Name it something meaningful. I tend to add the name of the program into the title so I can tell at a glance.
Right click your new rule and select Properties.
Click Settings next to Services and select ‘Apply to this service’.
Select the service associated with the program you’re blocking. Not all programs install services so don’t worry if there isn’t a corresponding service. Click OK either way.

Now heres what i dont get and cant for the fart of me find…
Select the service associated with the program you’re blocking.
I have the Customize service settings open but i have no clue which one to select…
Can u people be so kind and find the service i need to select cuz when i click ok it wants one service to be selected .

It just says click ok eitherway in your instructions even if there is no associated, have you tried that?

Ya it tells me to select one

If WowVoiceProxy.exe doesn’t install a service, then everything after creating the rule is unnecessary. You have created and activated the rule for the program. The rest would only apply to a program that installs a service for itself to use to communicate.

And I have no reason to believe it installs a service. Looking at my own services, I see none relating to Blizzard or WoW.

Ah so its set xD thnx im brainless when it comes to PC stuff
