dont have any ship missions at top right corner since beginning but only with one character out of 8 and I have no idea if its a bug or I didnt do something with that char to unlock that corner… I wd ignor it if it werent a spot that gives heirloom missions …

Do you mean on the ship-map’s top-right corner on the ship-mission table?
Thats where the Oil-rig is, unlockable by shipping yard upgrade and reputation -tied plans from the Tanaan jungle vendor
yep ship-mission table, but with other chars that have missions there I havent bought anything exept [Ship Blueprint: Battleship] and rep is just friendly, and some of them had missions there right after first 2 intro missions thats why I am sad that it doesnt work after so many missions … shd I be happy instead that other chars have missions there due to some bug?

I already had [Ghostly Spyglass] on my ship, but to be sure I killed him again now … maybe it will change tomorrow or when I clear some missions?

I think the OP wants an heirloom trinket or ring from the missions.

Aye, that’s why I did it in downtime between SL and DF. You get a set bonus for six heirlooms and any alt can wear the rings.
After levelling up a bunch of ships I cleared out the missions for a few weeks trying to encourage the mission to pop. But then I gave up and just kept an eye on the mission table whenever I could be bothered. I happened to be in my Garrison checking on Black Market offerings and there the mission was. It was probably two or three months or so after getting the spyglass.

That was my experience with it too. I did watch it most days, tbf, but it still took quite a while for one of the heirloom missions to pop.
Had an idea that I failed blockade mission and have to w8 untill it respawns but seems that wasnt it. Seems like I have to give up
