Hello. I cannot log into the game. There is an infinite loading screen for my character. I have attached a photo. Can you please advise me on what to do? I have already disabled add-ons and cleared the cache. I even reinstalled the game. I tried logging in with another account, and it worked. However, I cannot log in with this account. So, it seems the issue is not with the game folder.
