Please Let Us Revisit The Old Vale Of Eternal Blossoms!

Hi,

With the events of Theramore/Silithus and the burning of Teldrassil being “reversible” through the use of Bronze Dragon NPCs, could we have the same happen to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms?

It was so beautiful. I have fond memories of doing the dailies there, early in the expansion and I am still really sad to see the ugly sha magic scarring the land.

I know that it is meant to showcase Garrosh’s actions and consequences but – even Sylvanas’ torching of Darnassus is reversible now.

Please do the same for Pandaria!

Still having a working portal there. Surprising they did not take that away.

Now there is honestly no point in going there post levelling – not even the portals are good enough. Even the beaty of Jade Forest is messed up when the statue of Yu’Lon gets destroyed :frowning:

I always felt they missed a trick there. There should have been a means to restore it after people defeated Garrosh, that would have given some meaning to the actions.

It was one of the most beautiful zones in game and it got ruined.

I don’t know why they can’t put cool stuff or quest lines in old zones, restoring Vale would be a good one.

Boy do I agree! And it would be on par with the canon. There is a certain cinematic where you can see Shaohao come back for a bit to heal the Vale, technically removing the taint and allowing it to heal again.

But knowing Blizz, they won’t give us any quests or anything. So go for the path of least resistance: add a Bronze Dragon npc and let us visit it!

This would also allow people to grind Golden Lotus rep more easily - since their main daily hub was wiped out.

Whats the point in farming golden lotus dailies if u can get rep tokens from zandalari warbringers/warscouts and reach exalted within a day

Quests and the additional lore they bring, for example! The point was that as you progressed with your reputation, more of the plot would be revealed!

This’d be a great way of reintroducing class quests. E.g. Monks have a quest-chain to restore the Veil of Eternal Blossoms.

You could even have it depend on factions, seeing as this is BfA. So, for example, Alliance Paladins/Priests would have quest chains to try and purify Lordaeron, whilst Horde Druids could try to regrow parts of Teldrassil or it’s surrounding area.

Unlocking it on one class could even unlock it for all your alts regardless of class, so non-Monks get to see the restored Veil (At the right level) provided one of your Monk alts had already fixed it.
