The alternate timeline holds 3 more dailies and another rare. I know there is a plan for it but it has a completely abysmal drop rate. nothing for 2h and after that i didn’t have the stomach to grind the robots there anymore.
Who knows how long it’ll take until she appears again.
You can access alternative timeline every day if you have certain item that you can craft via blueprint which you got from Chromie quest.

Update: There is meeting stone near Mechagon dungeon even in the other timeline 2 people with blueprint can theoretically summon anyone there.
