Well, We will soon get warband in TWW (the war within)
When main upgrade high ilevel. Warband give same ilevel for alts.

Crest sharing is NOT possible in TWW, and you will not get crest discounts on your alts. The warband change is that you can sometimes get bonus loot with your normal loot, which is going to be LOWER ilvl than the content you are doing. That gear is sharable across your warband.
Where from you heard? You played beta or saw blue post?

They have specified these things in multiple interviews and showcases since the TWW announcement.
