The Forever-Lovely Rose differs in appearance based on the gender of the character equipping/transmogrifying it. Male characters have it between their teeth. Female characters have it in their hair.
I need that rose for my permanent Prince Charming transmog!

Yep, some transmorphing tincture and it popped right down to my mouth. 
They need to do this for ALL the transmog appearances from events IMO. The restrictions are unnecessary.

I agree.
I am happy the flower crowns can now be permanent, but there are so many nice festival transmogs that would be fun to have a chance to use all year, such as the Witches hats from Hallow’s eve, and the dresses from Lunar festival and the Love event.

Huh. Male vulpera actually has the rose laying over one of the ears rather than holding it in their mouth. Don’t know if oversight or intended.
The plate helm from the Headless Horseman is all year round, so is the Sinister Slicer that drops from him
