I’m trying to transfer my main to the new mega servers but I can’t because I have 9 months worth of WoW tokens in my bag. I’d rather not burn all of these because of an action that Blizzard forced upon us, so please let us transfer tokens with us, or allow us to send them to an alt for safekeep

if it’s gametime he has brought for gold then its a fixed amount of time if it’s for gold with money then guess he is gonna have to wait a very long time.
I am pretty sure you can buy a wow token for gold and then sell it for gold again, just cant use it for Bnet balance

nope if brought with gold cant be resold for gold only gametime

Just popping in here to confirm that if bought with gold, he can only use it for gametime or BNET balance.
Edit: Missed this was classic progressive forums, then you can only convert to gametime only sorry!
What if something happens that makes me unable to play the game for say, the next 6 months. That’s 6 months of tokens gone for no reason.
I want to be able to consume them one at a time so that if something happens, all the time is not completely lost.
Also, since this is classic token, I can’t even use it for bnet balance. In retail I could just convert it and then use it to add balance and add game time whenever I wanted, but here, I’m forced to either leave my main behind or use up 9 months worth of tokens in a single and just hope that none of it goes to waste

if you converted gold to wow token in classic you cant convert to bnet balance, you cant even sell the token, you can ONLY get 30 days gametime, nothing else
source, tried, looked it up. for some reason its different from retail, probs because its easier to farm the token in classic

you could tranfer with tokens in wotlk classic - i personally did 2 times (paid transfer not free) , now its seems like its tied to free transfer so you cannot move toon with tokens
