Well now that you know, why can’t you make a new toon and lock it at 49? It takes such little time.

As someone working on the Loremaster achiev, I 100% agree with that. The characters get to 50 before I can complete an expansion. I prefer to do it on alts as I level than smash everything with my main.

I was doing my Darkmoon pet battles a few days ago and dinged 50 after handing in the first one, it ported me out before I could do the second battle…
Why is it so important to be ported to Stormwind once you ding 50? What’s the rush?

Am I the only one who thinks this is a levelling tool, levelling content is faceroll anyway so it’s not like it’s difficult when it’s scaled
For lore master achieve / completion just run it at lvl 50 without chrome time?
As for quests which you are too high for, remove your items I’ve done these quests in the past with no problem without even removing items just pick weak spells for example farming for sump fur on a 120 mage in good gear I could still just weaken the mobs
Edit - I should add I’m not against your argument I don’t see any harm it would do to the game. And in general I’m a huge fan of chromie time. Just think the way around it isn’t highly inconvenient
It’s probably a limitation of the system: they cant dynamically turn off scaling when you hit 50. They should just leave them at 50 but somehow award no XP. I’m sure they’ll change it 9.1.
This is not how I want to play the game. In Loremaster, you have Lore, not “faceroll”. I know not everyone will understand, but I actually enjoy wow lore 
Soft foam sword. An item in every loremasters’ toolbox. I had to use it more than a few times on my way to the title.
Stripping naked with no weapon still kills mobs you are only meant to tickle.
i want my Leyara’s Locket back. Its not a toy so got lost and this is a once per character event. I am very sad. Very sad.

I had that issue when I was unlocking the flying there, iirc i stripped naked and got res sickness to do it, hope that works for you too
Collecting 20 boar intestines doesn’t really change the lore if it takes you 5 minutes or 30 minutes, but each to their own.
I want to experience the game, how it is supposed to be when we are not one shotting everything and I not like all I do is walking / summoning mount. I play since Legion, didn’t level or experience other expansions. I guess you will never get it.
I have never had anything good happen from my experiences with Chromie. First time I met her I thought she was a bloke and that was way back in 2008 when she was upstairs in that house up by the Tomb in Western just off Chill Wind. Anyhoo… so when I got this invite thingy I just ignored it and I have a new char now on 35 and just going about my normal levelling. Seems to work as it did before. Interestingly when the prescaling was the norm I finished Ghostlands on Level 20 and now when I finish Ghostlands I’m Level 20. Coolio. So I’ve gone back in my own time without that annoying… I want to say Gnome… but I guess she may also be a dragon or an egg timer. Happy days.
Agree, Just add chromie time option after Max level !!!
They have everything, party sync, chromie time, etc. Just add the option, I want to dive through all wow content without one shotting (if I have the choice), I enjoy questing, and there were quests I never have done, one-shotting it makes me not even do it.
