Hello, I am very happy with the new changes to mages talent tree, I think the old ones were obsolete and didn’t receive enough attention coming into 10.1.
I never really minded the Rune of Power playstyle, but I get a lot of people didn’t like being limited in their movement during cds at the cost of some of their dps.
Although, I am really not a fan of Incanter’s flow. I think it adds one layer of min-maxing that I never really enjoyed with that talent in particular. I wish we could get it removed and get a % dmg buff, just like the 15% we got to compensate for the removal of rune of power, just smaller I guess, like 7% or something, I don’t know the numbers.
I think a lot of people dislike the playstyle of holding cds only cause maybe you only have 1 stack, so you delay them until you get 4 or 5 or something, it’s very unfun and I also agree with people trying to argue that you don’t HAVE to min-max and wait, but that same argument can also be made for ROP, which people didn’t like.
I don’t know if I’m alone in this, but I’d like to see the responses from people in this regard.
all sims say it’s not worth delaying CDs for stacks. And since you don’t play comet storm it’s extra unimportant. You just go around your stuff as usual with IF.
Source = trust me bro
I agree. Whey should just remove Incanter’s and Overflowing and add 20% extra damage for all Mage spells.
Generally I don’t like these new Talent Trees visually. They are way too confusing to look at. Branches should make sense thematically. So many times I need to hunt certain synergies all around Base Tree and Spec Tree with almost all Classes. It’s not “harder” its annoying and wastes time.
Yeah, because you don’t open wowhead/iccyveins/method guide and copy paste their string LOL
No. I should absolutely have no reason to use external site to just glance at Skill Tree’s.
