I have 500+ [Pitch Black Scourgestone] in my bags but this retarded quest does not count them, it wants me to kill 4-5 rares after I pick up the quest, every day!
What a pathetic design! Please allow me to use my earned Scourgestones, I did not steal them, I actually have earned them.
Complete the daily just once.
You can just get 10 ‘‘normal’’ scourgestones from the Sludgefiends close to Argent Vanguard, and will take you a few minutes.
Get 10 of them, hand in the daily quest, and hand in the rest of your scourgestones right after that.
You stole them from corpses… that’s a war time!
Go, do your duty, Champion, kill more scourge and save Azeroth!

Those mobs have an almost 100% dropchance, and they respawn extremely fast, making this quest take less time then any of the other quests even if it is a busy area.
Farming those mobs are a great way to get everyone in the area mad at you.
I find the Cultist Corrupter’s to also have a close to 100% drop chance, there’s plenty of them and you don’t annoy anyone. 
But also yes please for just making it so you can hand in your stones without doing that daily.
I got about 40% drop rate.
