Please remove timer already

Remove timer, if u can’t complete it just keep trying, we don’t need a timer on ur head, this is why wow is losing players all is a rush timed joke.

Just do a key no time how u want, why add timer?

I agree though. I hate timers in any games, they just make thing stressfull and not so fun. Thats why I never do mythic+ even though now its more popular than raiding.

So true.If i am in a key and something happens ( toilet emergency maybe lol) .I have to pee and fix any possible threat that may jeopardize the key.
Even if a player gets used to it it is still annoying.I need to do meditation afterwards to relax.
How to change that? Just do a dungeon and if we complete it upgrade the key?

M+ was not that bad it was the loot scarcity that killed the mood of my friends

Hi.
Remove timers on classic!

Agree. They make things stressful and that’s why some people become toxic. The game creates anxiety in this way. That’s why I don’t do M+.

Removing timers completely obsoletes the meaning of M+. Seriously such a bad idea.

Why is it always the classic posters that come in here with the worst ideas imaginable? I don’t want to CC the majority of each trash pack and wait for blood lust before every pull, which is exactly what would happen if you removed the timer from m+.

your idea makes no sense tbh, you can literally do the key outside the time limit, complete it, you’ll only get a -1 new key.

I’ve done hundreds of M+.

Never have i ever even looked at the timer, Because i know it will always be cleared before it ends any way.

Is this really an issue people have?

Impressive success rate m8.

I agree the timer should go, and all this talk about just waiting around; why? I mean really, why? If there is no time limit you don’t get punished for the wipe so might as well give it a try. And besides, if you wipe you can simply reset BL and CD’s.

It would make M+ a lot more similar to raiding that’s for sure. Not to mention more similar to the original intent of dungeons in the first place.

it would also make m+ much more fun and much more rpg experience.

if people could have option to think and find solutions instead just aoe stuff mindlessly m+ would be muhc muhc more fun .

And this good why exactly ?

Part of the appeal of m+ is you can participate in content where one round of gameplay usually fits in a period of time that is significantly less than what raiding requires.

If you allow just waiting, recovering and waiting for your cds to come up, you’re realistically asking for all kinds of degenerate gameplay and people being held hostage in keys for longer due to meta being playing around recovery, rather than being active all the time.

Additionally it completely breaks the difficulty level since you can afford killing trash in as small groups as you want, abuse hard cc, fight one pack at a time and everything else that trivializes the experience, effectively allowing you to do much higher keys while your only limitation is killing bosses (so as a bonus it also completely breaks any kind of balance there might be between fortified and tyrannical).

Taken this into consideration, I am all for Blizzard introducing that to the game, just for the sake of people seeing what a s**tshow it would be

Timers Could be optional tho …
Like meeting them upgrades the key as normal and gives extra rewards as normal.
but not meeting them should not be punished

And that is basically the issue

Or people would be less toxic and less stressed in completing a key.
As I said Above, The timer should be optional for better rewards and key upgrades
BTW why is Hard CC an abuse? It is in game for a reason, right?

Its an issue because the way gaming community works, if its allowed in any way without potential drawbacks, you will have meta built around it.

whether or not youre getting stressed over ingame nonsense is literally a you problem, not the games.

Isn’t that what the standard option is for? Completion is just for whatever reason that may be (loot from the chest, +1 to great vault, helping friends out etc.). Beat timer is only when people are concerned with that time.

Of course some people will play it exclusively.
what would that mean for you? You still want to beat the timer, right? you want to upgrade your key right? you want the extra rewards, right?

offering optional timer would do nothing for the pusher playerbase as they will still push as high as they can get.
the only positive they get, is they can try again if they didn’t meet the time once.

I’m even going as far as to say don’t give score if not in time.

First part of my previous comment was meant to be the answer to why hard cc is an abuse.

As for whether the timer is optional or not, you cant have two modes coexist with the same ruleset because removing the timer drastically reduces the difficulty.

The pushers would probably play both modes just to be #1 on all the leaderboards available, for regular user it would only mean you have to complete much higher key because no way in hell youd get the same rewards in a timed +15 and a +15 where you can kill one mob at a time.
