Greetings, I have installed wow and play for long time.
Recently I do not have access to NUMPAD anymore, because of hardware update.
In some other games and for writing, I need NUMPAD to function and not lose my mind.
In these games(old ones) do not have access to keybinding within game. So even official forums say I should use ‘‘auto hot key’’ software, to rebind some buttons like Home>Number9, Etc
Is this legal in WoW? Can I use this program when I play my other games and use Excel-MS access and not get into trouble with WOW?
I never use these programmes before and do not have any coding experience. But some forums and reddit say that it will cause me to get WOW battlenet ban.
The whole ‘‘coding’’ will be renaming 9 buttons on my keyboard to resemble a keypad.
1 button click > 1 button exported to game

WoW lets you edit keybindings.
The use of AutoHotKey is potentially bannable, as it can be used for automation. Players have been banned even for just having it running in the background, but not being used.
did u try restore keybindings reset password log on but ohter games is us fine while cannot play wow now because if u like can u try those steps is good try ohter games us u wanted
i dont use auothotkey for wow but for other apps!

They are not a statutory body, therefore nothing they say is either legal nor illegal. Blizzard cannot make laws.
As I already mentioned, people HAVE been banned for having autohotkey running in the background.
They won’t care if it is just installed on the hard drive, but if it has any components running in the background, then you might be risking a ban.
what if its not running in background? just installed…(For use on other programs) can some blue please clarify

Blues are not allowed to “clarify” what programs are bannable or or not. The most they will say is “If you have to ask, perhaps you shouldn’t be using it.”
Again, one final time:
- Having it installed won’t be a problem.
- If it is running in the background, that will be a problem.
But you either don’t seem to understand me, or don’t accept the answer I’ve given, so I’m stepping out. Good luck in searching for your answer.
us true but if u have stadion pc or ohter can u repair it whit ur forhandler shop or take this button off set on again u can try if worked whit numpad
