The loot table is extremely imbalanced, there’s 3 boe drops a hunter can use and zero for a holy paladin.
For other healers there’s only the scalpel drop that they can even use and even that is contested by caster dps. It’s no wonder there are so many of these groups unable to find healers in trade.
Group loot - need all is fair to everyone. If you don’t get the item you desired you can sell it and buy what you want or give to an alt, everyone can come on their strongest characters. Why does everyone not use this?
