Please stop the Guild Achievement Announce Spam: Can't stand it

Hello,

Please give us a way to stop the Guild Achievement Announcement Spam we get on our Main Chat window.

I like to have my Main Chat Window clean and cannot stand all this spam as it breaks my immersion.

Been asking for this for YEARS, Still not possible sadly.

Yeah, until yesterday I wasn’t even in a guild but as of today it’s foolish not to be in a guild b/c of free repairs and all the perks so one has got to abide by the achievement spam.

So far the only solution I have found is to create a brand new window, switch off all kinds of chat therein and then switch on to it so my chat stays clean.

Anybody knows if there is an option to cause the chat window to fade out completely after few moments of not receiving any inbound chat communication?
