I’ve lost over 250k this expansion on just legendary item upgrades. How you think it’s acceptable to pay wall legendary upgrades is beyond me. Its utter insanity and stupidity.
Why on earth should it cost so much gold? Especially for a multi spec player or people with lots of alts.
Crafting legendary items should require one item and that upgrades itself.
I know what you’re doing Blizzard, and it’s disgusting. You’re feeding the toxic boosting community (boosting is a cancer for this game) and you’re getting fat from WOW Token Sales.
Everyone is going on (probs paid press articles) about how good this game is, but the legendary system is abysmal and you’ve totally destroyed m+ looting.
Can’t afford it? Make it yourself, get the proffesions needed on alts, it won’t cost you a copper in gold then. They’re not hidden behind paywalls, you’re just too lazy to do it yourself and find it easier to blame blizzard.
Yeah… im pretty sure Boosting services / BoEs generate more tokens then the Legendary system.
if this was the intention they’d of created a vendor whichj sold them to u at a high gold price, not allowed every Player to obtain them through crafting…
Being “lazy” and not doing crafting doesnt mean the games done it wrong… it means u’re doing it wrong lol
Funny that cutting edge raiders are fine with 1 or maybe 2 legendaries, while casuals seem to need multiple legendaries for each spec and also every alt
Okay, then craft it for yourself… no one forced you to buy it
Its not Legion when your legendary was random drop, not BfA where was handed to you by a quest
You actually have to work for that, either gathering gold (easy, buy token) or do it yourself
Having a friend or guild member that will craft it for you if you provide the mats also works
Heck some guilds even provide mats

You can do it yourself, the gathering AND the crafting… shocking, I know and takes time, yes, but a Legendary IS a Legendary

I brought my Denarius kill, thats true, but with my own farmed gold… actually not a farm, just sold what I gathered along the way and the drops and the calling income is not that bad
While I don’t have problem ppl buying tokens or selling them, I’m on a different rout; the monthly sub-fee is enough money I toss at Blizzard… and the occasional store mounts
the entire point of the legendary system was to keep professions relevant and profitable throughout the expansion by introducing expensive consumable items
