During Vanilla, us doing PVP, had a chance to obtain a title, a rank. This later became an achievement. But this title is locked to one character, and that character only. I don’t know about you, but I do not play my Vanilla character anymore, so this title and work put into getting it, is lost. Now I just got an achievement taunting me.
Would it be too much to ask for this title to be unlocked for every character you have? To firstly, show your Vanilla roots, and secondly show your old PVP involvement?
We are allowed to transmog old Vanilla gear and tabards no longer in that game, but not allowed to show our titles from back then?
TL;DR: I would like to ask for the old Vanilla PVP Titles to be unlocked for every character you own, not just the Vanilla character you used to play on, to be able to show your Vanilla Roots and your dedication to the game for so many years.
Thanks.
Post Scriptum: A GM even agreed with me on this.
And I want the old pvp system. Rbgs and arenas suck. I'd rather grind my way to Marshall. Atm I have 0 chance to earn those titles or transmog
I like it the way it is now.
And I think it should stay that way, I just think the people who did the grind back in the day, should have the option to show it, on all their characters.

bump
It would be nice to have

The PvP 'Honour Title' is given to a specific class and player
Lets say you are great with a pale but suck at rogues - why should your rogue deserve the title
Be a little realistic and remember that each avatar is a unique entity who should earn their way in wow

Ok let's be realistic. It is a title made, what 13 years ago now, and given to you for simply just playing. Didn't matter if you played one class or another, or how well you did it. Great pala or bad rogue didn't matter. What mattered was you played PVP and gained honor.
It's not my individual characters that are entitled to specific things, it's the individual players who are. Account bound achievements have been in effect for quite some time now, so why not one you got for simply just playing PVP back in Vanilla?
What's the difference from lets say Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One - or any feet of strength for that matter - and the PVP title? I did it, my character didn't.

Most PvP rewards have been character specific for a very long time, the old PvP titles from the original Honor system, end of Season Arena rewards/titles, modern Rated Battleground achievements and titles just as some examples I can think of here.
It's true more and more things have been made account wide since Wrath of the Lich King first added the achievement systems, which lead to the current Collection systems we have right now that covers achievement, mounts, pets, toys, heirlooms and Transmog appearances.
The old Honor titles though were specifically for your prowess in PvP with that individual character at the time, the rank you managed to reach playing that one character.
It's why it's still bound to that one and not available to others.
Remember you can also send in your suggestions ingame too, not just here on the Forums :)
Maybe it'll change in future but for now at least it's still character specific for these.

I do get this to some degree, but remember - back when Vanilla was about to "expire" and Burning Crusade was just around the corner, the Honor-requirements for earning these PVP titles were reduced significantly, to the point were you had to just show up really.
So, prowess were only a factor/reason mid Vanilla. After that, it was like handing out medals to every kid for just being there.
And that prowess is most definitely lost for, I would imagine, a lot of people given these Achievements is now stuck, behind an old idealistic dream, clinging on to the hope, that people only play one character.
