Don’t think so, I remember back in Backstage Q&A of Blizzcon19 devs said that the Belves are most likely to get the Blue eye option.
However, blue eyes for Belves do make sense as they are High Evles, but some salty Alliance players do not want to accept it as a fact.
BRB - going to create some dark skinned belves on various servers and call them all Drow
